How it works
Fitprints For Good 2026 - EMEA-Wide Fundraiser
Find out how you can get involved and help MUFG be a force for good in the EMEA region.
How It Works
Play your part by working out from the comfort of your own home, local park, or gym, or by joining MUFG-organised activities by your local CSR Champions.
Each regional office will be allocated a target distance, so every kilometre you complete matters – and recording your distance is easy!
Don’t forget to check out our Fitprints for Good leaderboard to see locations which are clocking up the most kilometres.
Record Your Distances
Every kilometre you cover counts towards the Fitprints distance challenge, so it’s important to log your activity.
The easiest way to do this is by using the Strava app, but there is also a manual option if you prefer.
-
Scan the QR code below to open the Strava club page on your phone.
-
Tap “Sign up for free” if you’re new to Strava
Or log in if you already have an account
Please use your full name so the CSR team can track participation
-
Once logged in, you’ll be directed to the ‘MUFG Fitprints for Good’ club and just click“Join”
-
For outdoor activities (walking, running, etc), click “Record” in the app to track your activity live.
If you’re using your smartwatch to record your activity, click here to see how to link it to Strava.
For stationary or indoor activities (e.g. treadmill):
click the “+” icon, then select “Manual Activity” and enter your distance. Watch this video on how to record manual activity:
If you are unable to access the video via the MUFG system, please open the Fitprints for Good website via your smartphone.
-
Please note that information such as location and user activity on the Strava App and website is made accessible to ‘everyone’ by default.
Make sure your activities are set to “Followers” or “Everyone” so they appear on the leaderboard. Watch this video on how to make your activities public.
You can change the privacy setting. Click here for a step-by-step guide on how to do so, and click here for Strava’s.
If you are unable to access the video via the MUFG system, please open the Fitprints for Good website via your smartphone.
Use Privacy Zones: Strava offers a feature called "Privacy Zones" where you can hide the starting and ending points of your activities. This is particularly useful if your activities start or end at your home or another sensitive location.
Option 2: Not using Strava
If you prefer not to use Strava, you can use the manual form to submit your distances. Just click here so it counts towards the overall total.
