Medical consent

This information will be kept confidential at all times and will only be shared with medical and emergency professionals who require this information. ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL

The challenge starts on 19 June 2025 at 9:30 a.m. from MUFG Ropemaker Office, London, and finishes at approximately 4:30 p.m. in Paris at the Eiffel Tower on 21 June 2025. Please note all accommodation provided is on a shared room basis. There are additional costs for single supplement rooms. Requests are subject to availability and provided on a first come first served basis. The costs are outlined below but may be subject to slight increases. You will be invoiced for all additional costs 2 months prior to your challenge.

INSURANCE & CONSENT

My insurance cover

All participants must have cycling activity, travel, and medical insurance cover valid in the UK.

I have insurance to cover me for cycling activities in UK & France.

I have travel insurance to cover me for any loss, damage, theft to my bike and my possessions.

I have medical insurance to cover me for any medical expenses incurred.

My agreement

By checking this box I agree that if I do not have the required insurance cover (cycling, travel and medical), I will be liable for any additional costs incurred.
